Congrats Melissa! She is such a cutie. I worked my way through my social work degrees working in group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. All the people with down syndrome have been the best bunch of people to work with. She is your child, she is precious and that's all that's important.

My fingers are crossed that she won't need surgery. My thoughts are with you!
